This journal is a method of keeping my friends apprised of my doings, meeting new people, and sharing the coolness I find with the people who are looking for it. I love making new friends, so feel free to Friend me. If you leave me a comment, I may just add you back.
I've been a waiter, an altar boy, a janitor, a metalhead, an Eagle Scout, a clerk, a creative intern in an ad agency, a bouncer at a jackshack, a goth, a temp, an expatriate, a kept boy, a candlemaker, a web designer, a Canadian, the executive director and fundraiser of a small UK-based charity, a web programmer, a porn star, an Access developer, an actor, and an invalid. I am currently suffering from agonising pain and swelling due to a vasectomy I had over three years ago. I'm far less active than I once was, but I am doing the best I can to maintain an active mind and a healthy body.
More than anything, I wanted to be a writer some day, even if I had just one book on a shelf somewhere. I wanted to leave something behind, to change a few people's lives, to prove that I existed. These days, however, I just want to be able to get through a day with manageable pain.
